Pittsburgh Area: A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect until 11:00 AM today. Most districts that aren’t fully closed are utilizing 2-hour delays to keep students from standing at bus stops in sub-zero wind chills.
Texas: Road conditions have improved enough that major districts like Arlington ISD have reopened today at regularly scheduled times.
